Who are we?
The WVU Student Chapter of the Music Teachers National Association (MTNA) is comprised of West Virginia University students who belong to MTNA. We are committed to the advancement of music performance and education for all ages.
About our chapter (in brief):
In 1997, our chapter was selected from over 100 student chapters nationwide as the MTNA Student Chapter of the Year, and was profiled in the 1997 June/July issue of the American Music Teacher magazine (circulation: 24,000). Our chapter has undertaken many exciting and successful projects that have positively affected music instruction on our campus, in our community, and throughout the state of West Virginia. We're very proud of our accomplishments, and we invite you to learn more about us.
